Science Tats

Carl Zimmer’s The Loom has a cool post titled, “Branded with Science.” It’s all about folks getting science tattoos. Kinda cool. Not that I would ever get one, but if I did, perhaps it’d be like one of these (or I’d get the Madden coat of arms, or like Dan, a big anchor on my forearm, or like Allen Iverson, I’d get a neck tat in Chinese that stood for “I’m Chillin’”, not to be confused with chili pepper)

My favs are the chemical structures, like ATP. What are your favs?

I get this sense of contradiction; like, if you’re smart enough to know the science, why are you stupid enough to get a tatoo? I think I’d favor the math over the chemistry if I had to choose.
