Heron’s fountain
One of my favorite blogs, Make Magazine, shows you how to make a Heron’s Fountain, using hydraulics to create a constant stream of water shooting upwards. I saw it and thought Pat or Dad would love to make it with Pat’s kids.

Dad • 07/11/08 • 11:01 PM:Hey, great idea. Unfortunately, I just noticed this entry tonight and we (or at least Patrick and family) leave tomorrow for New York and the midwest. But we definitely need to do this.
